Boon Seng & Associates is one of the most sales & family oriented group in Navis Living Group, under the stewardship of Stuart Chng. A lean & robust group of 50 like minded agents and many has been with me for 10 years.
We support one another closely and help each other achieve success in their many ways, from setting up their families through the course of parenthood.
On top of regular meet ups and trainings, our agents get together frequently to share their success secrets and motivate each other.

In Boon Seng's Division, we are free to ask anyone questions, from Residential, Commercial , Projects and HDB. These are often lead by my leaders who are proficient in their respective sector. On top of our monthly trainings , my leaders and i will hold 1 to 1 or small group sharing and discussion.
it is extremely vital to engage , share and discuss what we know so no one is left behind.

In BSD, we promote and encourage sales person to take up team leadership roles and Project leadership roles. Various programs to enable self discovery and confidence. Yes You Can a company led program and Brave program a NLG lead program for all all inspiring leaders and salesperson to attend.

MONTHLY DIVISION TRAININGS & BONDING
Social gatherings are equally important as trainings. Through activities and trainings the division are able to understand and work with each other at a level of trust and cohesiveness. In all our activities we welcome families to join in the fun.

In BSD, we work as a pack, joining leaders in other divisions in Stuart Chng Division and NLG division leaders. We often see Division leaders of NAVIS exchanging ideas and thoughts during the gatherings with anyone.
